Arkansas Securities Department Announces Launch of Streamlined Electroninc Filing Depository

The Arkansas Securities Department today announced the launch of the online Electronic Filing Depository (EFD) to enhance the efficiency of the regulatory filing process for certain exempt securities offerings.
