Arkansas Securities Commissioner, Eric P. Munson, issues a press release regarding his approval of a multistate Settlement Agreement and Consent Order with Nationstar Mortgage LLC, d/b/a Mr. Cooper a mortgage originator and servicer, for violations of the Arkansas Fair Mortgage Lending Act and Rules. The multistate settlement will assist borrowers harmed by Mr. Cooper due to residential mortgage origination and servicing-related violations.
