Timothy Lilly, Covenant Senior Advisors, LLC

Securities Commissioner A. Heath Abshure issued a cease and desist order finding that Timothy Lilly, doing business as Covenant Senior Advisors, LLC, were acting as unregistered investment advisers.  Abshure also found that Lilly was imporperly using various professional designations to imply that Lilly possessed specialized qualifications.
