The thoughts of our Staff are with industry in Arkansas as we deal with the aftermath of the devastating impacts caused by the March 31, 2023 storms.  Accordingly, the Department is issuing the attached notice relaxing certain time-sensitive statutes and rules upon application when good cause is shown due to storm impacts.
