Arkansas Securities Commissioner, B. Edmond Waters, issued a press release in connection with a cease and desist order issued against Dragonfly Industries International, LLC and Jody Douglas Davis, CEO, ordering them to cease and desist from all actions in connection with the sale of unregistered securities, the employment of an unregistered agent of the issuer and securities fraud.
