Order finding that the respondents acted as an investment adviser by Powell’s action as an agent of Powell & Drees, Inc. of advising investors as to whether to liquidate or retain securities for a fee and ordering that the respondents cease and desist from such activity.

Consent order entered in connection with Premier’s late filing of a financial statement with the Department.

The Pulaski County Circuit Court issued a permanent injunction banning Terry Mitchell from selling unregistered securities and committing securities fraud.  The court further ordered Mitchell within thirty days fo file an accounting of the funds received in certain detailed incidents set forth in the complaint and to disgorge those funds with 6% interest.
