The Pulaski County Circuit Court, 6th Division, issued a temporary restraining order against Clean Technology International Corporation et. al.  The order granted the Securities Commissioner’s request to freeze the assets of defendants Wm. Darrell Lainhart, Irene M. F. Lainhart, Clean Technology International Corporation and Diamond Capital Corporation.

The Pulaski County Circuit Court 6th Division grants an order for temporary injunction against 21st Century Legal Services, Inc.

Consent order entered in connection with a violation of the Arkansas Securities Act pertaining to the sell of unregistered securities.

Consent order entered in connection with violations of the Arkansas Fair Mortgage Lending Act pertaining to unlicensed mortgage loan activity.

Order summarily suspending the license of Residential Loan Center of America, Inc. alleging that the company failed to maintain a surety bond as required by Fair Mortgage Lending Act (“Act”), Ark. Code Ann. §§ 23-39-501 through 23-39-518.

Order directing 21st Century Legal Services, Inc., Sandy Ayala a/k/a Sandi Ayala, and Micheal Herried to immediately cease and desist from all mortgage loan activity in Arkansas until properly licensed.

Order directing Ensurapet, Inc., F/K/A Vsurance, Inc., W. Russell Smith, John Mathis Lile, III, Robert Morgan Pile, and Jay W. Davidson to cease and desist from the offering and or sale of unregistered securities as well as the sale of securities by an unregistered agent, William Russell Smith.

Order finding that John W. Rustin, Jr. had sold unregistered securities and committed securities fraud and ordering him to cease and desist from such activities.

Order directing Greenleaf Companies, LLC, Eric C. Gagepain and Misty Perkins to cease and desist from offering and/or selling unregistered securities in Arkansas and from using fraudulent statements in the offering and/or sale of unregistered securities.
